7. Restricted Activities

- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities. This includes racing, off-roading, or any actions that pose a risk. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Using the vehicle for purposes it was not intended for, exceeding passenger or weight limits, or operating outside the designated geographical areas without prior approval is also not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire Peterlee is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the rental in the prior 12 months.
